ServiceMaster Recovery Specialists, an award-winning franchise in the cleaning and insurance restoration business, was established by its owners Scott and Cindy Maricle in Central Oregon in 1993.

ServiceMaster has been on the leading edge of industry protocols and standards. Our company has grown from zero employees to its present staff of approximately 30 full-time employees and 10-20 part-time or seasonal employees.

In 2009 we moved into our state-of-the-art facility located at 20806 Sockeye Place, located in the Basalt Business Park off 18th Street. We lease two 2-story buildings, including our professional offices and contents cleaning facility in one building, and the adjacent building which houses 6000 sf of heated secure warehouse storage space.

The highest priority of ServiceMaster Recovery Specialists is to provide knowledgeable and competent service for homeowners and the insurance company, including both agent and adjuster.

To ensure that our ServiceMaster Clean professionals are equipped for this challenge, we have established the following resources:

ServiceMaster Recovery Specialists is staffed in addition to the President of the company, with a competent management team including the General Manager, a Residential/Commercial Cleaning Manager, several Project Managers, a Production Manager, an Accountant/Office Manager, a Marketing Manager, a Continuing Education Presenter, and an administrative assistant to support the office manager. Our production team includes fire and water restoration crew chiefs, multiple cleaning and restoration technicians, a fleet vehicle and equipment maintenance manager, and seasonal construction laborers.

One of our competitive advantages in this marketplace is our affiliation with the network of over 4500 ServiceMaster Clean franchises across the country. We have secured corporate contracts with most insurance companies positioning ServiceMaster as the preferred vendors. We have proprietary computerized technology that allows us to streamline the claims process, enabling insurance companies to lower their claims handling costs. We have attained the designation of QRV (Quality Restoration Vendor) status, which ensures our customers of high-level standardized service and professionalism.
