What is the IICRC?

The IICRC is the Institution of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification and is the non-profit organization that sets the professional standard for the inspection, cleaning and restoration industries. They govern 25 countries worldwide and promote the international standard of care that maintains the health safety and welfare of the build environment. The IICRC works with many professional trade associations and industry experts to develop and publish the ANSI/IICRC S5000 Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration. The S5000 directs the industry-accepted standards and terminology for cleaning, inspection and restoration.

IICRC Certification and Training

To offer the fastest water drying solutions and damage repairs, we train and certify our water damage technicians according to the IICRC standards. Our Water Mitigation Technicians and Water Damage Restoration Technicians are IICRC registered professionals and attend regular continuing educational courses. In addition to their professional courses, our Water Damage restoration Technicians attend regular classes, perform on-the-job training and study under a mentor’s supervision.
